Frequently Askes questions
How long will I be left without a functioning toilet?
We always leave you with a flushable toilet at the end of each day.
Will I know how long my project should take to complete?
Once a start date has been agreed, we are able to let you know how long we expect to take to complete the job.
Will I be kept updated regards progress?
You will be kept up to date with any issues and daily expectations by your Project Manager and/or dedicated Designer.
What happens if, once work has started a problem arises?
Communication is the main key to a smooth project. If it is an issue with the room itself, we will work out together how to solve the problem, and if in the event there is a problem with an item being placed into your new room then our Administrative assistant will be straight on to the suppliers.
Do I need to be at home all day for the duration of the work?
You do not need to be at home all day. You can leave a key with us or we can let you know what time our Contractors will arrive/leave that will be convenient to your schedule.
What about my cats/dogs when I am at work and you are in my home?
Our Contractors can not be held responsible for letting pets in or out, so we kindly request that you make arrangements for them and ensure that they are kept safely out of the work zone.
What time will the contractors arrive daily?
Generally our contractors keep an 8:30-4:30 schedule but we are fully flexible and if they have a particular job to finish they may choose to work on. This will be communicated to you.
Who will project manage the work in my home?
We have a dedicated Project Manager who will generally visit site daily and liaise and orchestrate with the various trades required.
